A Ribbon interview is an AI-powered conversation that helps the hiring team learn more about your experience and qualifications. You’ll answer questions out loud, and the team will review your responses afterward.
Open the interview link you received and follow the prompts to get set up. Before you begin, check that your microphone is working and you have a stable internet connection.
You can complete your interview whenever works best for you. Just make sure you finish before any deadline provided by the hiring team.
Some companies require video for their interviews. If a camera is required, you’ll be prompted to enable it before you begin.
Check that your browser has permission to use your microphone and camera, then refresh the page. If you’re still having trouble, try another browser or device. We recommend using a desktop or laptop.
If your interview is interrupted, you have up to one hour to return through your original interview link and resume. After that window, your interview is submitted with the responses you completed. The hiring team will be able to see that it’s incomplete.
Please contact the hiring team directly to request a reset. Ribbon support can help troubleshoot technical issues, but the company you applied to needs to handle interview resets.
Check your interview invitation, application confirmation emails, or the company’s careers page for contact details.
The company you applied to manages application updates and next steps. For an update, please contact their hiring team directly.
