What if I’m unsure my interview was submitted?

If you experienced a technical issue and aren’t sure whether your interview was submitted, we’re happy to check. Reach out to support@ribbon.ai with your full name, the company and role you interviewed for, and a screenshot of any error message you received. Our team can look into the technical status of your interview and help you understand whether it was submitted successfully.
