# Request an interview accommodation

> How to ask for support or an alternative format if you need one.

We want you to feel comfortable and supported during your interview.

If you need an accommodation due to a disability, submit a request before starting your interview. Your recruiter will be notified, and Ribbon's Customer Success team will work with them to help arrange a suitable option.

## What accommodations are available?

Accommodations may include adjustments to the interview experience or an alternative format, such as an interview with a member of the hiring team.
