# After your interview: status and next steps

> What happens once your interview is submitted, and who to contact.

Congratulations on completing your interview! Once it's submitted, your responses are shared with the employer's hiring team for review.

## What happens next?

The employer's hiring team manages application decisions, timelines, and any follow-up interviews. Ribbon provides the interview platform, so our Support team can help with technical questions but can't provide application updates or confirm when you'll hear back.

## Who can help with my application?

For questions about your application status, interview feedback, or next steps, contact your recruiter or hiring team. You may find their contact details in your original interview invitation or application confirmation.

## What if I'm unsure my interview was submitted?

If you experienced a technical issue and aren't sure whether your interview was submitted, we're happy to check. Reach out to [support@ribbon.ai](mailto:support@ribbon.ai) with your full name, the company and role you interviewed for, and a screenshot of any error message you received.

Our team can look into the technical status of your interview and help you understand whether it was submitted successfully.
